We're building a low frequency 800Mhz network, this means we're going to offer 98% indoor coverage in the UK – we can commit to doing this in the next few years because our 4G will travel further indoors than our signal ever has before. And their high frequency spectrum gives plenty of capacity so lots of people can get the most from their connection at the same time.
Mobius has been Vodafone’s only preferred distributor for Machine to Machine Data SIMs since 2008 and sees that relationship as a core part of the ‘better’ service that Mobius customers enjoy. This exclusive partnership means that Mobius takes product to market earlier than competitors. Mobius was the first to roll out the Global Platform in the UK. By working closely the two companies were able to make sure that this first roll out for Dorset County Council, was a success from the first go live onwards. It also means that Mobius has a ‘help desk to help desk’ relationship with Vodafone. Vital when identifying network issues, getting case numbers raised and keeping our customers informed during the incident and ensuring that all parties are kept informed throughout. Our customers are not fobbed off with an instruction to “take the SIM out, give it a rub and put it back in again.” Or informed simply “that the network is down.”
