To use VoLTE, your setup must be suitable; this includes

• the IoT device,
• the SIM,
• the network
• and the connection.

We have a reliable solution for the SIM, network and connection. Our SIM is capable of VoLTE on all 4 UK networks as well as some European and Global countries.

Your device must be VoLTE compatible. You can find out whether your IoT device is compatible in the specifications of the device or by contacting your supplier. If you do not have a VoLTE capable device, you cannot make or accept VoLTE calls with this device.
Often, newer LTE devices will have a VoLTE setting that can be enabled within the device interface.
